Direct Inventory Management: Silkfloat operates a vertically integrated model. All inventory is owned and managed directly by oneVest Developments GmbH to ensure quality control and authentic fulfilment.
2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all consumers located in Europe and the United States. By accessing the Website or executing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. We operate in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.
3. Order Processing and Contract Formation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is only concluded when we issue a formal Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders that trigger internal fraud prevention flags or indicate unauthorised commercial resale.
4. Pricing and Secure Payment
Currency: Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency based on your region.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking
